About Me

My path into this work began through my own disconnection from the body and the slow, steady movement back toward it. I’m still on that journey. It’s what draws me to guide others in theirs.

Over the years, I’ve studied massage, anatomy, movement, and energy work, discovering how trauma can live in the body and how awareness can begin to soften its hold. I’m deeply interested in how people make meaning of their experience and how we evolve through what we’ve lived.

That pull toward understanding and healing eventually led me to the Somatics program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities across San Francisco: at the Center for Somatic Psychology, the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy, and through school-based counseling. Each experience deepened my respect for how healing unfolds when the body’s language is included in the conversation.

Today, in my private practice, I bring creativity, warmth, and depth into the therapy space. This work continues to teach me about presence, resilience, and the quiet sense of belonging that unfolds as we return home to ourselves.
