My Approach

Rooted in somatic psychology and shaped by years of deep practice, my work blends body-based awareness with gentle, attuned presence.

This isn’t just talk therapy. It’s a space where emotion and physiology meet — where the nervous system is honored, and your body’s deep intelligence is welcomed as a guide.

Together, we move at the pace of your system, noticing what arises moment to moment and making space for what’s true.

We might notice how your shoulders tense when you speak about work,
or follow the warmth that arrives when you feel understood.
We might explore the ache that lives in your chest — the one that’s been waiting for language.

We all carry imprints — experiences of stress, loss, or disconnection that the body has learned to hold. Together, we will bring gentle awareness to these patterns, creating space for new possibilities to emerge.

When the body feels met, it begins to reveal what it has long held — and what it’s ready to release.

At the heart of this work is respect for your unfolding — something to witness, hold, and walk with.

About Me

My path into this work began through my own disconnection from the body — and the slow, steady movement back toward it. I’m still on that journey, and it’s what draws me to guide others in theirs.

Over the years, I’ve studied massage, anatomy, movement, and energy work — discovering how trauma can live in the body and how awareness can begin to soften its hold. I’m deeply interested in how people make meaning of their experience, and how we evolve through what we’ve lived.

That pull toward understanding and healing eventually led me to the Somatics program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities across San Francisco — at the Center for Somatic Psychology, the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy, and through school-based counseling. Each experience deepened my respect for how healing unfolds when the body’s language is included in the conversation.

Today, in my private practice, I bring creativity, warmth, and depth into the therapy space. This work continues to teach me — about presence, resilience, and the quiet sense of belonging that unfolds as we return home to ourselves.
